Day One

I'm fully aware this is my second "Get skinny" Blog- but this one I fully intend to stick to. I demand the readers nag me, FB me, Tweet me, MSN me and IRC harass me to remind me that I'm not only doing this for myself... I'm doing this for myself. Which makes no sense but note the time, very little does at this hour.

Step one: Quit smoking. I have patches now. Went out and bought some. I apologize to everyone in advance. I'm probably going to murder one of you, draw straws and let me know the outcome.

Step Two: Go for a walk. Which I will be doing in precisely one hour, after the red bull kicks in and hopefully the weather gets a bit warmer. If it does not increase 5 degrees by 6:30am, I will wait until 8-9ish and head to the apartment complex gym. If that is the case, the walk/jog will be followed by hopefully a swim.

Im going to stick with this, if my wedding dress can not be altered again to fit the weight I've lost I'll bloody buy another one- that will not be my excuse any longer. I promised myself I would do this, and I'll be damned if I break another promise to myself.
I owe it to me, more than anything.
